Yes, you may request multiple Design Tasks but remember we're only able to work on 1 active task at a time. A task is considered "active" until all revisions are complete and are finalized with your approval in written via your registered email.

We are using the professional Adobe suite of tools (for example Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). And we use the applications that's most suitable for the design request.

We do not work with less common or non-professional design tools like CorelDraw, Canva, Sketch, and Inkspace.

Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at point of time.
